Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Peach Aesthetics & Day Spa. These terms and conditions govern bookings, treatments, loyalty rewards, vouchers, and the use of our services. By booking or attending an appointment with us, you agree to the terms set out below.
1. Bookings & Appointments
- All bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed once you receive a confirmation from us via email, WhatsApp, or phone.
- We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date, time, and therapist.
- Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment so your treatment can begin on time.
- When booking couples or group treatments, all guests must arrive together for the session to start as scheduled.
- You are responsible for providing accurate contact details so we can reach you regarding your booking.
2. Deposits & Payments
- A deposit may be required to secure certain bookings, packages, or peak-time slots. Deposits are deducted from your final treatment cost.
- The balance of your treatment is payable on the day of your appointment.
- We accept cash, card, and approved electronic transfers. Payment must be settled in full before you leave the spa.
- Prices are subject to change without notice. The price confirmed at the time of booking will be honoured for that appointment.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may result in the loss of any deposit paid.
- Repeated late cancellations may require full pre-payment for future bookings.
- To cancel or reschedule, please contact us directly by phone or WhatsApp.
4. Late Arrivals & No-Shows
- If you arrive late, your treatment may be shortened to avoid impacting the next guest, and the full treatment price will still apply.
- Guests who do not arrive for their appointment without notice (no-shows) may forfeit their deposit and may be asked to pre-pay for future bookings.
- We reserve the right to release your slot if you are more than 15 minutes late without contacting us.
5. Loyalty Points & Rewards
- Loyalty points are earned on qualifying treatments and services as part of our rewards programme.
- Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash under any circumstances.
- Points are linked to your customer profile and are non-transferable between guests.
- Redeemed points cannot be reinstated once a reward has been claimed.
- We reserve the right to amend the earning rate, redemption values, or terms of the loyalty programme at any time.
- Points may expire after a period of inactivity. Any expiry terms will be communicated to you in advance where possible.
6. Vouchers & Gift Cards
- Gift vouchers are valid for the period stated on the voucher and cannot be extended once expired.
- Vouchers may be redeemed against treatments and services but cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Vouchers must be presented at the time of your appointment in order to be redeemed.
- Lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers cannot be replaced or refunded.
- If the value of your treatment exceeds the voucher amount, the difference is payable on the day.
- Promotional vouchers won through competitions or specials may carry additional conditions, which will be stated at the time of issue.
7. Refunds
- Treatments and services are non-refundable once rendered.
- Deposits are non-refundable in the event of a late cancellation or no-show.
- Vouchers and loyalty points are non-refundable and hold no cash value.
- If you are unhappy with any aspect of your treatment, please let us know before you leave so we can address it.
8. Health, Safety & Medical
- Please inform us of any allergies, injuries, medical conditions, or pregnancy before your treatment so we can adapt your service safely.
- Certain treatments may not be suitable during pregnancy or for specific medical conditions. We may decline a treatment where we believe it could pose a risk to your health.
- Our treatments are intended for relaxation and wellbeing and are not a substitute for professional medical advice or care.
- You attend and receive treatments at your own risk, and you agree to disclose relevant health information honestly.
9. Children & Conduct
- To preserve a calm environment for all guests, we ask that children are supervised at all times and only attend where a treatment has been booked for them.
- We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to any guest behaving inappropriately or under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- Please switch mobile devices to silent to respect the tranquillity of the spa and other guests.
10. Liability
- Peach Aesthetics & Day Spa accepts no liability for loss or damage to personal belongings brought onto the premises.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any adverse reaction resulting from undisclosed medical conditions or allergies.
- Our liability for any claim arising from a treatment is limited to the value of that treatment.
11. Privacy & Your Information
- We collect and process your personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
- Your details are used to manage your bookings, loyalty account, and to contact you about your appointments.
- With your consent, we may send you offers, specials, and news. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time.
- We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
12. Changes to These Terms
- We may update these terms and conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
- Continued use of our services after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
